Job Description
FNB is seeking an Administrator-1 to provide efficient administrative support and ensure the smooth running of operations within the department. This is a 6-month contract role suited for a proactive, detail-oriented individual who thrives in a fast-paced, sales-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide efficient and effective administrative support to ensure accuracy and compliance within the functional area.

  • Warm up potential clients for transfer to the relevant sales teams.

  • Generate potential leads via internal channels.

  • Resolve customer queries promptly and deliver exceptional service.

  • Prepare accurate management information reports.

  • Comply with all governance, legislative, and audit requirements.

  • Support internal relationships through effective communication and reliability.

Minimum Requirements

  • Matric qualification.

  • Previous administrative experience is advantageous.

  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to thrive under pressure and meet deadlines.

  • Driven, adaptable, and willing to learn.
