Job Description
Pedros is seeking a Bookkeeper to manage the financial and accounting functions, ensuring accurate reporting, compliance, and support for operational and strategic decisions.

Key Responsibilities

Collate, prepare, and interpret financial reports
Maintain fixed asset registers and accounting records
Review accounts payable and accounts receivable
Verify inventory and count sheets
Ensure compliance with tax regulations and statutory requirements
Manage audit processes and preparation of financial statements
Prepare management accounts, budgets, and variance analyses
Implement internal controls and SOPs
Liaise effectively with the operations team

Requirements

Tertiary qualification in Financial Management or Accounting
3+ years of relevant experience, preferably in FMCG, Fast Food, or Retail
Proficiency in MS Office and accounting software (Sage 50/Sage 200 or similar)
Hands-on understanding of accounting concepts and practices
Strong attention to detail and effective communication across all levels
