Job Description
The EQ Administrator – S2 will manage administrative tasks related to equipment and workflow processes, ensuring accurate documentation, efficient system updates, and smooth office operations.
Key Responsibilities

Gather, compile, and verify information; enter it accurately into reports, presentations, forms, databases, or spreadsheets.

Set up and open jobs in the system with all relevant details to initiate workflow accurately.

Place supplier orders for machines and office consumables.

Code, sort, and file documents for accurate processing.

Make standard calculations to compile and report statistics.

Respond to routine internal/external inquiries regarding operations, stocks, invoices, and deliveries.

Perform other routine administrative activities per company procedures.
Minimum Requirements

Education: Grade 12 / Matric or equivalent

Experience: Minimum 2 years in administration, planning, and purchasing

Proficiency in MS Office, including Advanced Excel

Knowledge of Aurora & Basware advantageous

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Proven experience in cost reconciliation and invoicing

Physical and medical ability to function in a mining environment
