Job Description
The Events Co-ordinator is responsible for planning, organizing, and executing events that reflect the company’s luxury brand identity. This includes managing logistics, coordinating vendors, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure smooth execution and impactful brand experiences that enhance visibility, engagement, and sales.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute the annual in-store retail marketing plan in collaboration with the Marketing and Sales Managers.
Book relevant in-store and eventing spaces for planned marketing activities.
Manage end-to-end project execution — from concept and budgeting to delivery and post-event review.
Drive the briefing and execution process for visual merchandising and customer journeys during retail events.
Ensure timely ordering and delivery of products and POS materials.
Coordinate cross-functional communication between marketing, sales, and training teams.
Regularly visit stores to monitor execution and identify opportunities for improvement.
Maintain budget accuracy and ensure a strong ROI for all retail initiatives.
Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Minimum Requirements

Bachelor’s degree (Business degree advantageous).
Minimum of 2 years’ experience in retail and 2 years’ experience in event coordination.
Experience in cosmetics, retail, or luxury environments is an advantage.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Excellent organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Valid driver’s license and own vehicle (travel required).
