Job Summary
Momentum is seeking a dynamic Marketing Manager to lead the end-to-end marketing function for its intermediated portfolio. The successful candidate will develop and execute strategies to drive revenue growth, strengthen brand presence, and support business objectives across multiple channels.
Key Responsibilities

Design and implement marketing strategies for the intermediated channel, including IFAs, business development consultants, and strategic partners.

Develop programs to enhance sales growth and revenue within the portfolio.

Measure and report on marketing campaign performance to inform business decisions.

Collaborate with sales, product, and creative teams to deliver integrated marketing campaigns.

Manage relationships with vendors, partners, and industry bodies.

Oversee budget management, ensuring optimal use of marketing funds.

Lead, mentor, and develop a multidisciplinary marketing team.

Foster a positive work culture that promotes learning, productivity, and best practices.
Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or equivalent.

5–8 years of marketing experience, preferably in financial services or B2B marketing.

Minimum 5 years’ management experience, including leading multidisciplinary teams.

Strong strategic thinking, project management, and interpersonal skills.
