Job Summary
Momentum is seeking a skilled Marketing Specialist to assist in implementing marketing activities aligned with strategic business objectives. The successful candidate will support campaign execution, market research, and stakeholder engagement to drive brand visibility and business growth.
Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute marketing operational plans and campaigns across digital, print, web, and broadcast channels.

Conduct market research to understand consumer requirements, habits, and trends.

Prepare go-to-market messages, copywriting, editing, and proofreading for marketing campaigns.

Liaise with external vendors to execute promotional events and campaigns.

Analyse marketing data and present insights on campaign effectiveness.

Build and maintain relationships with clients, internal teams, and stakeholders.

Contribute to continuous innovation and improvement of marketing processes.

Manage area-specific budgets to optimise expenditure and operational efficiency.
Requirements
-
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or equivalent.

3–5 years’ experience in marketing, preferably within financial services.

Proven experience as a marketing specialist or similar role.

Solid computer skills, including MS Office and web analytics (Google Ads, etc.).

Understanding of both traditional and digital marketing, including SEO and social media.

Strong organisational, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Commercial awareness with a creative mindset.
