Job Description
The Pallet Controller will be responsible for managing, capturing, and reconciling daily pallet movements between customers and depots. This includes ensuring accurate documentation, maintaining proper records, and overseeing the integrity of pallet tracking systems.

Key Responsibilities

Capture and reconcile daily pallet movements to and from customers and depots.
Track pallets de-hired off the CHEP account and maintain accurate customer record cards.
Manage and control pallet systems effectively to prevent loss or damage.
Ensure correct invoicing and crediting of pallets.
Perform daily stock counts and report irregularities promptly.
Liaise with internal and external stakeholders regarding pallet movements.
Ensure collections are performed regularly with proper documentation and at correct locations.
Keep the pallet database up to date and ensure scanning compliance.

Minimum Requirements

Grade 12 / NQF Level 4 qualification.
Minimum of 1 year’s experience (NAV experience advantageous).
Computer literacy, especially in Microsoft Word and Excel.
