Job Description
The Pallet Controller is responsible for the daily capturing and reconciliation of pallet movements between customers and depots, including tracking pallets de-hired off the CHEP Account. This role ensures accurate record-keeping and supports efficient pallet management processes across VKB Milling operations.

Key Responsibilities

Maintain an effective system of pallet and CHEP control.
Capture and reconcile daily pallet movements to and from customers and depots.
Ensure correct invoicing and crediting of pallets.
Perform daily stock counts and report irregularities.
Liaise with internal and external stakeholders on pallet movements.
Ensure timely and accurate collection of stock with proper paperwork.
Prevent pallet loss or damage by ensuring regular scanning and record maintenance.
Keep the pallet database updated at all times.

Minimum Requirements

Grade 12 / NQF Level 4 qualification.
Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience (NAV experience advantageous).
