Job Description
SA Metal Group is seeking a Sales Administrator (Temporary – 4 Months) to join its Sales Department in Cape Town, Western Cape. The role requires a detail-oriented, organized, and efficient individual to provide comprehensive administrative support to the Sales Representatives. The ideal candidate must be able to manage a high workload while maintaining accuracy and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities

Provide full administrative support to Sales Representatives.
Handle data processing and ensure all sales records are accurately maintained.
Assist in preparing reports, quotations, and related documentation.
Manage correspondence and internal communications efficiently.
Maintain strong coordination between the sales team and other departments.

Minimum Requirements

Matric / Grade 12 (essential).
Bachelor’s degree or relevant tertiary qualification (advantageous).
Minimum of 3–5 years of financial or sales administrative experience.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
Must have a reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license.

Qualifying Attributes

Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
