Job Description
The Senior Store Manager will oversee the overall operations of the restaurant/take-away, ensuring quality, profitability, and adherence to Pedros’ Standard Operating Procedures.

Key Responsibilities

Manage daily restaurant/take-away operations
Ensure food quality and compliance with PEDROS SOPs
Oversee stock control, purchasing, and orders
Handle customer complaints and maintain service levels
Maximise profitability and meet sales and GP% targets
Manage, motivate, and train staff, including discipline and rostering
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
Conduct daily opening and closing procedures
Implement marketing and promotional activities at the store
Lead recruitment, selection, and staff development initiatives
Evaluate staff performance and drive team productivity

Requirements

Minimum 3 years’ experience in restaurant or fast-food service management
Management and organizational skills
Customer service excellence and strong verbal communication
Problem-solving skills
GAAP experience is advantageous
