Job Description
Pedros Flame Grilled Chicken is seeking a Senior Store Manager to oversee the overall operation of the Phokeng restaurant/take-away. The role ensures quality standards, maximizes profitability, manages staff, and delivers exceptional customer service while maintaining compliance with health and safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee overall restaurant/take-away operations
Ensure adherence to PEDROS Standard Operating Procedures and quality standards of food
Manage stock control, purchasing, and orders
Handle customer complaints and maintain high service levels
Maximise profitability, sales, and GP% targets while motivating staff
Manage staff, including discipline, training, rosters, and performance evaluations
Ensure daily opening and closing procedures are followed
Implement marketing activities and promotional programs
Lead recruitment, selection, and ongoing staff development
Maintain compliance with health and safety regulations

Minimum Requirements

Minimum 3 years’ experience in restaurant or fast-food service
Bachelor’s degree preferred
GAAP knowledge advantageous
Strong management, organisational, customer service, and problem-solving skills
Good verbal communication and leadership abilities
