Job Summary
We are seeking a Visual Presentation Manager to oversee window and in-store merchandise presentation across the Coastal Operations zone. The successful candidate will manage display teams, ensure merchandising standards, and contribute to maintaining Truworths’ visual identity across multiple locations.
Key Responsibilities

Manage windows and in-store merchandise presentation across the Coastal Operations zone, including Cape Town, Namibia, Northern Cape, George, Port Elizabeth, and East London.

Directly manage the display management team and indirectly oversee 30–35 window dressers.

Ensure adherence to merchandising standards and Merchandise Based Principles (MBP).

Formulate display structures and communicate with head office regarding MBP and windows.

Control company assets and manage budget input and expenditure.

Conduct performance appraisals and provide coaching to staff.

Oversee HR functions, including recruitment, training, and development of direct reports.

Maintain operational efficiency and a high standard of store presentation across all locations.
Requirements

5–10 years’ experience in visual display and merchandising.

Proven experience managing and leading large teams.

Strong knowledge of MBP and merchandising principles.

Excellent coaching, communication, and planning skills.

Strong leadership, judgment, and flexibility to manage change.

Creative fashion sense with the ability to utilize space effectively.
