Job Description The Workshop Admin Clerk will assist with workshop administration and communication, ensuring smooth operations and accurate record-keeping within the workshop. Key Responsibilities Create job cards and pro-forma invoices. Create orders for external vendors related to job cards. Deposit daily bank transactions. Maintain the risk file (GMR) with all forms signed off. Build and maintain relationships with internal and external clients. Promptly respond to and resolve client queries.
